Poultry Farm — 10kWh Off-Grid System

The Situation

We act as your single warranty coordination point. If any equipment develops an issue, you contact us — not four or five different factories in China. We diagnose the problem with you, engage the relevant manufacturer, and push for resolution — replacement parts, technical support, or warranty repair. We handle the language barrier and time zone gap so you don’t have to.

Q: What if my project is small — just a 5kW system for a single home?

That’s completely fine. Most of our projects start in the 5-30kW range. We’ve designed and sourced systems for single homes, small farms, remote telecom towers, and individual businesses. No project is too small to be done properly — and starting small is often the best way to build trust in a new sourcing relationship.

Q: How does payment work?

Payment terms are clearly outlined in our Service Agreement before any commitment. Typically, a deposit initiates procurement, with subsequent payments tied to production milestones — material readiness, assembly completion, testing sign-off. You pay equipment costs directly to the factories (we provide all invoices), and our service fee is paid separately. Every factory invoice is shared with you in full.
